My Charlotte house sitting services start at $79 per daily check-in visit. Overnight stays are $125 per night, and extended stays (7+ nights) are discounted to $99 per night. Pet care pricing varies based on the type, number, and specific needs of your pets. Prices typically start at $15-25 per visit. We'll discuss your pets' routines during the consultation.
In case of emergency (fire, break-in, water leak): 1) I immediately contact emergency services (911), 2) I contact you right away, 3) I coordinate with local contractors as needed. Response time: As fast as I can get there or coordinate help. I maintain relationships with trusted local contractors for urgent repairs.
I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard services, and 4+ weeks for extended stays or holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, summer vacation season). However, I understand plans change, contact me even for last-minute needs, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. Returning clients receive priority booking for peak travel seasons.
Each visit includes timestamped photos of key areas: exterior front and back, mail collected, plants watered, and any specific areas you request. You'll also receive a written summary noting everything checked, any concerns observed, and confirmation of completed tasks. All reports are sent via your preferred method (email or text) and create a documented history of every visit.
