We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard services, and 4+ weeks for extended stays or holiday periods. However, we understand plans change—contact us even for last-minute needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Our returning clients receive priority booking for peak travel seasons.

Do I need smart home devices for your service?

No, smart home devices are not required. Our core house sitting services work perfectly without any technology. However, if you have smart sensors, cameras, or security systems, we can integrate them into our AI monitoring platform for enhanced protection at no extra cost. We can also recommend affordable smart devices if you're interested in adding this layer of security.

What's included in the daily photo reports?

Each visit includes timestamped photos of key areas: exterior front/back, mail collected, plants watered, and any areas you specifically request. You'll also receive a written summary noting anything checked, any concerns observed, and confirmation of completed tasks. All reports are accessible through your secure client portal, creating a documented history of every visit.
